Orstech 65 H
Product characteristics
The Orstech 65 board is an insulation made of stone wool. It can be supplemented with surface treatment by sticking aluminum foil (Orstech 65 H) or non-woven fabric (Orstech 65 NT).
Usage
The Orstech 65 board has universal use in TZB and industry. It is particularly suitable for insulation of air-conditioning pipes and as a filler for sound absorption silencers. It can also be used for thermal insulation of horizontal and vertical walls of storage tanks, vessels and technological equipment. The board is suitable for straight and slightly curved walls. The Orstech 65 H board is part of the certified fire protection system ORSTECH Protect (EI 60 S according to ČSN EN 1366-1), details are available in the system technical sheet.
Although the fibers of the insulation are hydrophobized, it is necessary to protect the board in a suitable way in the construction from moisture (in the exterior from weather effects) and possible mechanical damage. In the case of a combination of high temperature and vibration loads, the manufacturer recommends considering the use of a board with a higher density (min. 100 kg/m3), or a mat on a wire mesh.
The highest operating temperature in the sense of the ČSN EN 14706 standard is 600 °C. For a board with adhesive, the thickness of the insulation must be selected so that the temperature on the adhesive side does not exceed 100 °C. In the part of the insulation that is exposed to temperatures higher than 150 °C, a one-time evaporation of the binder occurs. In areas with a lower temperature, this phenomenon does not occur.
Packaging, transport, storage
The product is delivered as loose packages or as palletized. The material must be transported and stored under conditions that exclude its wetting or other deterioration.

The board can be made with a surface treatment by sticking aluminum foil (mark H) or non-woven fabric (mark NT).
Orstech 65 H plates can be supplied without production quantity restrictions. 40 and 60 mm and Orstech 65 NT plates tl. 50 mm.
