Orstech 45 NT
Product characteristics
The Orstech 45 board is a light type of insulation made of stone wool. It can be completed with a surface treatment by sticking aluminum foil (Orstech 45 H), black non-woven fabric (Orstech 45 NT) or black woven glass fabric (Orstech 45 ST).
Usage
The Orstech 45 board has universal use in TZB and industry in applications for lower temperatures. It is especially suitable for insulating air conditioning pipes.
Although the fibers of the insulation are hydrophobized, it is necessary to protect the board in a suitable way in the construction against moisture (outdoors from weather effects) and possible mechanical damage.
The highest operating temperature in the sense of the ČSN EN 14706 standard is 400 °C. For a board with adhesive, the thickness of the insulation must be selected so that the temperature on the adhesive side does not exceed 100 °C. In the part of the insulation that is exposed to temperatures higher than 150 °C, a one-time evaporation of the binder occurs. In areas with a lower temperature, this phenomenon does not occur.
Packaging, transport, storage
The product is delivered as loose packages or as palletized. The material must be transported and stored under conditions that exclude its wetting or other deterioration.

The board can be made with a surface treatment by sticking aluminum foil (mark H) or non-woven fabric (mark NT).
The minimum quantity of boards with Orstech 45 NT adhesive must be consulted with the manufacturer.
Orstech 45 NT boards in thickness 50 mm.
Orstech 45 boards can also be delivered in other thicknesses and dimensions after consultation.
