Product characteristics
A mat made of glass mineral wool, coated on one side with fiberglass fabric. With the Isover Multimax 30 PRO product, it is easy to achieve the required thermal resistance of walls in passive houses and buildings with extremely low thermal energy needs while reducing the thickness of the insulation layer needed to meet the required thermal parameters. The mineral wool mat is manufactured from glass fibers using Thermistar technology.
Usage
Thermal and sound insulation for pitched roofs. Also used for habitable and non-habitable attics, ventilated pitched roofs, floors and ceilings between beams, as well as wooden and steel frame structures.
Especially energy-saving type of insulation, λD = 0.030 W·m-1·K-1.
Packaging, transport, storage
Isover Multimax 30 PRO is a self-supporting product—it fits perfectly between rafters without the need for additional support. Each roll features a convenient grip tag, making transportation significantly easier. Products in large packaging can be stored in open warehouses on a solid surface. However, once unpacked or if mechanically damaged, the pallet no longer provides protection against moisture.
