Product characteristics

To ensure simpler logistics, we replace base and corner boards with a solution where only base boards are used and these are glued on the sides with slats of facade mineral wool. These slats, with a thickness of 30 mm and a length of 1,000 mm, are always available in a width according to the thickness of the Twinner boards. Additional slats for Twinner plates can be ordered together with Twinner base plates. The lamellas are glued to the bottom or side edges of the Twinner boards to ensure fire resistance in such a way that no part of the EPS of the Twinner boards is exposed before starting the reinforcement layer (the EPS must be completely closed from the visible side with 30 mm thick facade cotton before reinforcement) . For gluing these slats to Twinner boards, you can use ETICS BOND PUR foam from SOUDAL, or a similar foam approved for use in ETICS. Alternatively, it is possible to thinly glue the slats with a cement facade adhesive (e.g. webertmel 700, webertherm classic, etc.).
