Product characteristics
Insulating facade boards made of basalt mineral wool, the production of which is based on the method of spinning the melt of a mixture of rocks, recycled material and other ingredients. The formed mineral fibers are first processed in the production line into the shape of plates, and then the edges around the perimeter on the front side of the plate are adjusted by beveling 20 mm at an angle of 45 degrees. The fibers are hydrophobized over the entire surface and have a predominantly perpendicular orientation to the plane of the wall. Subsequently, white (RAL 9010) or gray (RAL 7032) paint is applied to the front surface of the board with a covering effect.
Usage
Boards with vertical fiber Isover Top V Final, have bevelled edges around the perimeter on the front side and are intended for ceiling and wall insulation. These boards are glued over the entire surface to a sufficiently flat and load-bearing surface. If necessary, it is mechanically anchored. Boards placed regularly next to each other for binding or cutting are able to hide minor unevenness of the substrate and create a three-dimensional boss effect. The surface coating of white or concrete gray paint is so opaque that it is sufficient for use in rooms such as an underground garage, technical room, basement. however, with a higher aesthetic or architectural requirement, it is necessary to apply an additional coating of facade or interior painting.
Packaging, transport, storage
Isover Top V Final boards are loosely packed on pallets. The material must be transported and stored under conditions that exclude its wetting or other deterioration. The material must be stored in a covered area.
