Product characteristics
HTP double-threaded screws are made of refined carbon steel with surface protection against corrosion (blue zinc). The screws have a specific conical shape, which, together with the double-threaded self-drilling system, easily and reliably fastens the counter batten to the rafter.
Usage
The screws are applied according to the anchorage plan alternately in a vertical and oblique plane through the thermal insulation into the supporting rafters. They ensure the fixation of the thermal insulation to the substrate using a pressure batten. The thermal insulation is clamped between the lath and the formwork placed on the rafters. For secure mounting, we recommend using the HD-40-25 mm bit.
Packaging, transport, storage
Screws are packed in paper boxes in the number of 50 pcs. The products must not be mechanically degraded during transport, they are stored in a dry place.
