Isover Merino

Product characteristics
Insulating boards made of Isover glass felt. The production is based on the method of pulping the glass melt and other additives and additives. The created mineral fibers are processed into the final shape of the belt within the production line. The fibers are hydrophobized over the entire surface. It is necessary to protect the insulation in the structure in a suitable way (vapour barrier film, suitable protection against dust deposition, additional layers of double structures).
Usage
Isover Merino boards are flexible, stable in shape, but not weight-bearing. They are suitable for any thermal, sound, non-loaded insulation, especially for installation in double constructions, ceiling filling, suspended ceilings and cavities (increasing the insulation capacity of the structure against noise, in assembled floors on distance support stands or on pillows), for ventilated facades with insulation placed in a grid (up to a maximum height of two floors with securing by battens with a clear distance of max. 300 mm). They are also suitable as additional insulation in pitched roofs to the underlayment.
Packaging, transport, storage
Isover Merino insulation boards are packed in PE foil. Supplied in MPS packs (1MPS = 12 packs). After agreement with the manufacturer, loose packaging can also be delivered. Packages must be transported in covered means of transport under conditions that exclude their wetting or other deterioration. -type="node" data-entity-uuid="b9553175-dad7-4bcf-a9b6-d981c844c6bb" href="/node/7421">current price list.
