Isover Woodsil
Product characteristics
Insulating boards made of Isover mineral felt. The production is based on the method of pulping the melt of a mixture of rocks and other admixtures and ingredients. The created mineral fibers are processed into the final shape of the boards within the production line. The fibers are hydrophobized over the entire surface. It is necessary to protect the boards in the construction in a suitable way against the effects of the weather (external cladding, possibly diffusion film).
Usage
Isover Woodsil boards are suitable for insulation of external and internal walls of wooden buildings or prefabricated structures. Especially energy-saving type of insulation, λD = 0.035 W·m-1·K-1.
Packaging, transport, storage
Isover Woodsil insulation boards are packed in PE foil up to a maximum package height of 0.5 m. The boards must be transported in covered means of transport under conditions that exclude their wetting or other deterioration. Products are stored in covered areas or in an external environment according to the conditions specified in current price list.
