Mats quilted to a wire mesh. Wired mats are particularly suitable for the insulation of pipelines and technological equipment. With temperatures exceeding 400°C, according to AGI Q 132, a mat quilted to a galvanized mesh with a stainless steel wire (ORSTECH DP 100 X) or a mat quilted to a stainless mesh with a stainless wire (ORSTECH DP 100 X-X) can be supplied upon request. The product can also be delivered with aluminium foil inserted under the galvanized mesh (ORSTECH DP 100 ALU) as a dust barrier. Maximum service temperature: 660°C. The thickness of the mat must be designed to keep the maximum temperature on the side of the aluminium foil below 100°C. Reaction to fire: A1 (ORSTECH DP 100, DP 100 KOMFORT); A2, s1, d0 (ORSTECH DP 100 ALU). Hydrophobized.
