Product characteristics
The Orstech 100 board is a rigid type of insulation made of stone wool.
Usage
The Orstech 100 board is intended for thermal and acoustic insulation of technological equipment (boilers, columns, square flues, electrostatic precipitators) with very high operating temperatures.
Although the fibers of the insulation are hydrophobized, it is necessary to protect the board in a suitable way from moisture in the construction (outdoors from weather influences).
the highest operating temperature in the sense of the ČSn En 14706 standard is 660 °C. For a board with adhesive, the thickness of the insulation must be selected so that the temperature on the adhesive side does not exceed 100 °C. In the part of the insulation that is exposed to temperatures higher than 150 °C, the binder is released once. In areas with a lower temperature, this phenomenon does not occur.
Packaging, transport, storage
The product is delivered as loose packages or as palletized. The material must be transported and stored under conditions that exclude its wetting or other deterioration.
