Insulation of boilers and ovens

The insulation of boilers is one of the most demanding applications that occur in the industry, because the boiler walls are exposed to high temperatures (500 – 600 °C). Depending on the surface shape and temperature either ORSTECH 65 – 110, boards with a higher volume weight (for the insulation of boilers with flat walls), or ORSTECH DP 65 – DP 100, mats on a wire mesh (for the insulation of cylindrical boilers), are used for their insulation.
